AntNexo

For customer success

Know which accounts are waiting for what

Your accounts tell you what they need in calls and reviews, and you promise to pass it on. AntNexo keeps each request tied to the customers who asked, so you can make the case for them and tell them when it's done.

A post in the AntNexo admin with its status and details

Sounds familiar?

"I'll pass it on"

You hear a request in a call, write it down and send it to product. A quarter later you can't say what happened to it.

Big accounts sound like everyone else

A request from your largest customer and one from a trial look the same in a list. Making the case means building a spreadsheet.

Renewal comes before the answer

The account asks at renewal whether their request is planned, and you find out at the same moment they do.

What changes with AntNexo

See who asked

When your app signs users in through the widget, their posts and votes carry their name and company, so each request shows the accounts behind it.

How it works →

Revenue behind each request

If your app also sends each user's monthly revenue, initiatives add it up from the people who voted. Product sees the demand in money, not only in votes.

How it works →

An answer before renewal

The public roadmap shows what's in Now, Next and Done. Send an account the link instead of chasing an update.

Accounts hear when it ships

When the team announces a feature in the changelog, customers who signed in and posted, voted or commented on its requests get an email in their language.

Your first week

  1. 1

Sign users in from your app

Ask your developers to pass a signed token from your backend to the widget, with each user's name, company and, if you want, monthly revenue.

  2. 2

    Log requests where they belong

After a call, ask the customer to post or vote on the board, or find the post and send them the link, so the request counts under their name.

  3. 3

    Bring the list to planning

Open the initiatives with the most votes and revenue behind them, and show product which accounts are waiting.

Questions

Can we start on the Free plan?

Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card: 2 boards, 2 team members, the widget, AI duplicate merging and 500k AI tokens a month. Pro removes the limits on boards, team members and AI, adds all 25 visitor languages and a custom domain.

Where does the revenue figure come from?

From your app. Your backend adds each user's monthly revenue to the token it signs for the widget; AntNexo adds it up per initiative from the people who voted. It is a number without a currency, and you set how much it counts in priority in your workspace settings.

Does it connect to our CRM?

Not yet. Revenue comes from the signed widget token your app sends. Integrations with tools like Intercom and Zendesk are coming on the Business plan.

Where is our data, and can we take it with us?

Our servers and database run in Frankfurt, in the EU, and our privacy policy lists every company that processes data for us. An owner can export the workspace's data at any time.
