For support teams
Feature requests out of your ticket queue
Customers ask for features in tickets, chats and calls, and the requests stop there. AntNexo gives them one place to post and vote, and tells them when what they asked for ships, so they stop asking again.

Sounds familiar?
The same request in twenty tickets
Each customer asks in their own words, and each ticket gets its own reply. Nobody can say how many people asked for it.
"Is it planned?" has no answer
Support doesn't know what the product team decided, so the honest reply is "I'll pass it on". The customer never hears back.
Customers ask again
Months later the same customer opens a new ticket about the same thing, because nothing told them it shipped.
What changes with AntNexo
Feedback where customers already are
Put the widget in your app or help center. Customers see what others asked for, vote, or post something new, without writing a ticket.
How it works →One link instead of a long reply
When a request comes in a ticket, reply with the link to its post on the board. The customer votes there, and you can see how many asked.
How it works →Customers hear when it ships
Customers who signed in and posted, voted or commented get an email in their language when the post's status changes, and when you announce it in the changelog. The ticket doesn't come back.
How it works →Add a request for a customer, from the ticket
Add the request to the board under the customer's email, or add their vote to an existing post, so they hear when it ships.
How it works →Tickets from Zendesk and IntercomComing soon
Send requests from your helpdesk and inbox to the board without copying them by hand. Part of the Business plan.

- 1
Add the widget to your help center
Paste the snippet (two short script tags) into your help center or app. A Feedback button opens the board in a panel.
- 2
Search the board before you reply
Next time a ticket asks for a feature, look it up on the board. If it's there, send the link; if not, ask the customer to post it from the widget.
- 3
Let the board answer "is it planned?"
The product team sets each post's status. Customers see it on the board, and those who signed in and follow the post get an email when it changes.

Questions
Can we start on the Free plan?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card: 2 boards, 2 team members, the widget, AI duplicate merging and 500k AI tokens a month. Pro removes the limits on boards, team members and AI, adds all 25 visitor languages and a custom domain.
Do customers need an account?
They sign in with an email code, Google or GitHub, with no password. You can also let guests post without signing in; their posts wait for your approval, and guests don't get emails about them.
Our customers write in different languages. Is that a problem?
No. Customers post in their own language, and each post is translated for your team into yours. The AI matches duplicates across languages, so the same request counts once.
Where is our data, and can we take it with us?
Our servers and database run in Frankfurt, in the EU, and our privacy policy lists every company that processes data for us. An owner can export the workspace's data at any time.
