These terms govern your use of AntNexo (antnexo.com), a service of Global Tech Distribution s.r.o., Voskovcova 1130/30, Hlubočepy, 152 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 04146549, VAT ID CZ04146549 (“we”). Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account or workspace you agree to them; if you use AntNexo for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

AntNexo lets you collect product feedback on public boards, process it with AI (translation, duplicates, categories, summaries), plan initiatives and publish a roadmap and changelog. AI output can be wrong; you decide what to do with it.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with a passkey. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your workspaces. Workspace owners decide who is a member and what role they have.

Plans and payment

• Free comes with limits on AI usage, boards and team seats, shown in the app. We may change Free limits with notice.
• Pro costs €29 per month or €290 per year, plus VAT where it applies, billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can switch between monthly and yearly or cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and usage → Manage billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro stays on until then.
• Payments are not refundable, including for unused time, except where the law requires it or in exceptional cases we agree to in writing.
• If a payment fails, Pro stays on for 7 days while you update your card; after that the workspace moves to Free. Your data stays; only what is over the Free limits can’t be added.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Your content

Your workspace’s content belongs to you (or to your users who wrote it). You give us the permission we need to host, process (including with AI), translate and display it in order to run AntNexo for you. You’re responsible for having the right to publish what is on your boards and for answering the people who post there.

Acceptable use

Don’t use AntNexo to break the law, post illegal or harmful content, send spam, attack or overload the service, get around limits, or access other workspaces’ data. We may remove content or suspend a workspace that does, with notice where we reasonably can.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy. Where we process your users’ data for you, we do so as your processor under that policy; ask us if you need a separate data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep AntNexo running and your data safe, but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using AntNexo at any time: cancel Pro and ask us to delete your account or workspace at [email protected] (we do it within 30 days). We may end the service for a workspace that seriously breaks these terms, or for everyone with at least 60 days’ notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we email workspace owners at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without limiting the mandatory rights of consumers in their own country.
