Questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are without VAT; Stripe adds it at checkout where it applies and shows the final amount before you pay.
Monthly or yearly?
Both. Paying yearly costs ten months: two months free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in billing settings; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
What happens to my data on Free?
Nothing is deleted. Over a limit, you can't add new boards or invite new members until you're under it again.
How do AI limits work on Free?
Free includes 500k AI tokens a month. A new workspace gets 50k tokens in its first 7 days, and visitor translations may use at most half of the monthly tokens. When the tokens run out, posts from signed-in customers still go live, without AI, until the next month.
Which Business features are available now?
Business includes everything in Pro, priority support and a DPA today. SSO, integrations and the other features marked "Coming soon" are added to Business as they ship — follow them on our roadmap.
Where is my data?
In the EU: our servers and database run in Frankfurt. You can export a workspace's data at any time.
