Multilingual feedback
Every customer, in their own language
AntNexo translates feedback both ways. Customers post and read in their language; your team reads every post in yours; duplicates are found even when they're written in different languages.

The problem
Only English speakers post
An English-only board quietly filters out everyone who isn't comfortable writing in English, often your customers in Europe.
One board per language
Running a board per language splits the votes. The same idea in German and in Polish counts as two small requests instead of one big one.
Posts nobody on the team can read
Feedback in a language your team doesn't speak sits unanswered, or gets pasted into a translator one post at a time.
How it works with AntNexo
- 1
Customers write in their language
Turn on the languages your customers speak, out of 25 European languages including Ukrainian. The board opens in the visitor's browser language; they post, vote and comment in it, and see everyone else's posts translated, marked as translated.

- 2
Your team reads in yours
Pick your workspace's language. Every post is translated into it for your team, with the original language shown, so nothing waits for someone who speaks it.

- 3
Duplicates across languages
The AI compares meaning, not words. A Ukrainian post about uploading a logo is matched to the English bug about it, so votes from every language add up on one post.

- 4
Reply once, in every language
Group the posts, in every language, into one initiative. When it ships, publish one changelog entry for it, and everyone who posted or voted gets an email in their own language.

Questions
Is this on the Free plan?
Partly. On Free, posts in any language are translated for your team and duplicates are matched across languages, and visitors can read the board in your language plus one more you pick. Pro lets you turn on all 25.
Which languages are supported?
25: English, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Romanian, Turkish, Greek, Hungarian, Slovak, Croatian, Bulgarian, Slovenian, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian.
How does the board pick a visitor's language?
From their browser's language, if it's one you turned on in Settings. Visitors can switch between your languages in the board header at any time.
Is the original text kept?
Yes. Translated posts are marked as translated, your team sees which language a post was written in, and the original is what's stored. Nothing the customer wrote is overwritten.
Are emails translated too?
Yes. Emails about status changes, replies and changelog entries reach each customer in their own language.
