Public roadmap
A public roadmap your customers can follow
AntNexo builds the roadmap from what customers actually asked for. They see what's being worked on, and they hear when it ships.

The problem
“Is this planned?” on repeat
Support and sales answer the same question every week, each with a slightly different answer, because the plan lives in a tool customers can't see.
Roadmaps go stale
A roadmap kept in slides or a separate page is out of date a week after it's published. Nobody has time to update it by hand.
No link to demand
Items on a typical roadmap don't show who asked for them. Customers can't tell whether their request is part of it, and your team can't tell why an item is there.
How it works with AntNexo
- 1
Start from what customers asked
Customer posts are grouped into initiatives: one initiative for the work, with all the posts that ask for it attached. The AI suggests new initiatives and which open posts belong to them; you accept or dismiss each suggestion.

- 2
Put it on Now, Next and Done
Drag initiatives between columns. Now, Next and Done are public, so customers see them on your board. The backlog stays private for ideas you haven't decided on. You choose the order within each column.

- 3
Customers see their request move
Every roadmap item shows the posts behind it, so customers find their own request on the roadmap. When you change a post's status, everyone who follows it gets an email. No one needs to ask support for an update.

- 4
Close the loop with a changelog
When an initiative is done, the AI drafts a changelog entry from it and its posts. You edit and publish, and everyone who posted or voted gets an email in their language. The entry stays on your board, linked to the requests it answers.

Questions
Is the public roadmap on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan has a public roadmap. Free includes 2 boards and 500k AI tokens a month for the suggestions and drafts; Pro removes the limits and adds a custom domain.
Can I keep some plans private?
Yes. The backlog column is visible to your team only. Move an initiative to Next or Now when you're ready to show it.
Do I have to promise dates?
No. The roadmap shows Now, Next and Done, without dates. Customers see the direction, and you don't commit to a deadline you might miss.
Can the roadmap live on our own domain?
Yes, on Pro. Connect a domain like feedback.yourcompany.com and the board, roadmap and changelog open there, with a certificate we manage.
How do customers hear about changes?
By email. People who post, vote or follow a post are told when its status changes and when a changelog entry answers it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
