For developers
A feedback widget you add in five minutes
No SDK to install and no build step. Paste two script tags, sign your users in with a token from your backend, and your product has a feedback board your team doesn't have to maintain.

Sounds familiar?
Building it yourself
A feedback form is easy. Votes, duplicates, statuses, emails and moderation turn it into a product you now maintain.
Another sign-up for your users
Sending users to a separate site with its own account loses most of them on the way.
Heavy embeds
Some widgets want an npm package, a build step and a config object before they show a button.
What changes with AntNexo
Two script tags
Copy the snippet from your workspace settings into your HTML. A Feedback button opens the board in a panel; nothing to build or deploy.
How it works →Users signed in by your backend
Sign a short-lived HS256 JWT with your workspace's secret (user id, email, expiry; name, company and revenue optional). Users never see a sign-in form.
How it works →The board on your own domain
Users stay on your brand: the board on a subdomain of yours, like feedback.yourapp.com, instead of ours. On Pro.
How it works →Work with posts from your AI assistantComing soon
An MCP server, so admins can read and update posts and initiatives from their own AI assistant.
How it works →Your first week
- 1
Try it on a staging page
Paste the snippet into a staging build, open the Feedback button and post a test idea to see the flow end to end.
- 2
Sign users in from your backend
Generate the identify secret in settings, add a small endpoint that signs a token for the current user, and pass it to the widget on page load.
- 3
Point a domain at the board
On Pro, add your subdomain in settings and create the CNAME and TXT records it shows. Once they check out, the board is served from it over HTTPS.

Questions
Can we start on the Free plan?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card: 2 boards, 2 team members, the widget, AI duplicate merging and 500k AI tokens a month. Pro removes the limits on boards, team members and AI, adds all 25 visitor languages and a custom domain.
Is there a public API?
Yes. Make a key in Settings → Developers and read or write posts, votes, comments and customers over a REST API; webhooks tell your code when something happens. Start with the API getting-started guide.
What if the identify secret leaks?
Generate a new one in settings. Tokens signed with the old secret stop working at once; widget sessions already open stay signed in until they end.
Where is our data, and can we take it with us?
Our servers and database run in Frankfurt, in the EU, and our privacy policy lists every company that processes data for us. An owner can export the workspace's data at any time.
