AntNexo

Feature request management

Stop losing feature requests in email and Slack

AntNexo gives every feature request one home. Customers post and vote, AI merges the duplicates, and you decide with real demand in front of you.

Feature request management

The problem

Requests live everywhere

A sales call, a support ticket, a Slack thread, a tweet. Each request is written down once, somewhere, and then nobody can find it when the roadmap is planned.

The same idea, fifty times

Ten customers ask for “dark mode”, “night theme” and “a darker UI”. Counted apart, none of them looks important. Counted together, it's your top request.

Nobody hears back

Customers who asked never learn whether their idea was planned, built or dropped. They stop asking, and you lose the feedback you need most.

How it works with AntNexo

  1. 1

Collect requests where customers already are

Open a public board on your own subdomain or domain, and add the widget to your product with two script tags. Customers sign in with an email code, Google or GitHub and post, vote and comment. When a request comes in a ticket, reply with the link to its post so the customer votes there, and everything ends up in the same list.

  2. 2

AI merges duplicates and sorts the rest

While a customer types, AntNexo shows similar posts so they can vote instead of posting again. Every new post then goes through the AI: likely duplicates are suggested in your inbox, even across languages, spam is held back, and each post gets a category from your list. Merge a duplicate and its votes and followers move to the original.

  3. 3

    Prioritise by real demand

Group related posts into initiatives. The AI suggests which ones belong together. Each initiative shows the posts and votes behind it, and you rank them on a Now, Next and Done roadmap with a private backlog for what isn't decided yet.

  4. 4

    Tell everyone when it ships

Mark posts as Planned, In progress or Done, and their followers get an email. When the feature ships, publish a changelog entry the AI drafted from the initiative: everyone who posted or voted hears about it, in their language.

Questions

Is this on the Free plan?

Yes. Free includes 2 boards, 2 team members, the widget, duplicate detection and 500k AI tokens a month. Pro removes the limits on boards, seats and AI and adds a custom domain.

Can customers post without an account?

If you turn on guest posts, yes. A guest post waits in your inbox until someone on your team accepts it, so nothing appears on the board without review.

What happens to votes when I merge a duplicate?

They add up. The votes and followers of the duplicate move to the original post, and you can undo a merge if it was a mistake.

Can I keep some requests private?

Yes. A board can be private: only your team sees it, and your team can post and vote there from the admin. Use one for requests from sales or support that you don't want to show publicly.

Our customers write in different languages. Does that matter?

No. AntNexo translates every post into your team's language and matches duplicates across languages. Turn on visitor languages and each visitor reads the board in theirs: one language besides yours on Free, up to all 25 on Pro.
